Refund & replacement policy

We aim to make this dead simple. Most issues are resolved with a free replacement rather than a refund. Here’s exactly what we cover and how it works.

1. AI subscription replacements (the main one)

If a subscription you bought stops working before its paid period ends, we’ll re-issue working credentials within 24 hours, free of charge.

What’s covered:

  • Account suddenly logged out / password reset by the provider
  • Plan downgraded or features removed mid-period
  • Login link expired or invite revoked
  • Provider changed how access is granted (we re-onboard you)

What’s not covered:

  • Account locks caused by your use of the tool (terms violations, abusive prompts, bot-like behavior)
  • You shared credentials with people outside your household/team
  • Your subscription period has ended — that’s a renewal, not a replacement
  • You changed your mind about a tool that was working as advertised

2. When we issue a real refund (not a replacement)

  • Order never delivered. If 24 hours pass after a confirmed payment and you have nothing in your inbox, we issue a full refund or, if you’d rather, the order.
  • Wrong product delivered. If we send Claude Pro when you ordered ChatGPT Plus and we can’t fix it within 24 hours, full refund.
  • Duplicate charge. If our payment gateway charges you twice, the duplicate is refunded within 3 working days.
  • Discontinued product. If we have to discontinue a tool mid-period (e.g. provider changes terms), we refund the unused remainder pro-rata.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Digital downloads (prompt packs, automation blueprints, course videos). Once delivered, can’t be un-delivered.
  • Subscriptions you’ve already used for more than 7 days, unless covered by Section 1.
  • Custom work (Business-tier custom automation builds) once development has started.

If a download link is broken, we re-send it — no question.

4. How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (fastest) or email contact@subscribai.com
  2. Include your order ID (in your account dashboard) and a one-line description of what’s wrong
  3. For account issues, a screenshot helps a lot
  4. We respond within working hours (9 AM – 11 PM PKT) — usually within 15 minutes

5. How long refunds take

  • Local wallet payments: 24–48 hours back to your wallet
  • Card refunds: 5–10 working days, depending on your bank
  • Replacements: usually within 1 hour, max 24 hours

6. Chargebacks

If you’re considering a chargeback against SubscribAI, please reach out first — we resolve nearly every legitimate complaint within a day. Filing a chargeback while we’re actively trying to help slows things down for everyone. Fraudulent chargebacks (a confirmed delivery + a contested charge) are subject to Section 10 of our Terms.
